Terms & Conditions

A booking confirmed by the property is valid until midnight on the day of arrival.

Arrival and departure

Your accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. For early arrivals or late departures, please contact the staff; any requests are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or Late check-out: on request and subject to availability

Late arrival or early departure

Late arrivals and/or early departures still require payment for all booked nights.

Payment methods

We accept payments by debit card, credit card, and cash. Checks are not accepted.

For payments via bank transfer:

• For administrative reasons, we cannot accept standard bank transfers made close to the arrival or departure date.
• Instant bank transfers can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival or departure date.

At check-in, the property reserves the right to request a credit card to perform a pre-authorization for the stay amount, minus any deposits or down payments already paid.

Breakfast

Booked breakfasts that are not consumed are not eligible for discounts or refunds.

Accommodation type

During booking, we guarantee the chosen type of accommodation, but we cannot confirm the exact room or apartment selected. Accommodation assignment is based on availability at the time of booking.

Non-smoking rooms

All rooms and apartments are non-smoking. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort of future guests.

Pets allowed

Four-legged friends are welcome, but please contact the property before booking as a surcharge may apply.

Parking

Free parking adjacent to the property is available for our guests.

Internet connection

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and apartments, in common areas, and in most outdoor spaces.

Minors staying at the property

Minors can only stay if accompanied by a parent and provided with an identification document. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay, even with a signed authorization.

Valuables

The property is not responsible for valuables left unattended. Each room has a safe for guest use.

Communications

Cancellations or special requests will only be considered valid if sent in writing via email to info@caterinaresidence.it or communicated directly to the property staff. The Residence will communicate with the Customer using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
