The Residence consists of rooms and mini apartments with 2, 3, 4, or 5 beds.

The studios and one-bedroom apartments are completely self-sufficient in utilities and therefore suitable for longer stays. They include a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom, private bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, internet connectivity, and safe.

The property also features an outdoor pool available to all guests, as well as free parking and a charging station for electric cars. Bicycles are available for rent, and for younger guests, a crib and high chair can be requested.
